SaSame MCP Factory — Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. What the service is (and is not)

The SaSame MCP Factory is a production, distribution, inspection and continuous-observation system for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. We provide market intelligence, blueprint normalization, deterministic guided-build recipes, inspection, runtime verification, shipment records, distribution listing, neutral observation, repair blueprints and lifecycle history.

• You own your product. You keep ownership of your MCP, repository, code, data/API rights, credentials, and you remain responsible for actual repair and support of your MCP.
• BYO-LLM. Guided Build is deterministic: you build with your own LLM. Our normal customer flow performs no LLM calls and we never modify your code.
• Measurement, not endorsement. Observation results are verification status only. They are never a "safe", "good" or "recommended" verdict, and never a malware scan.
• Honest capacity. The Factory currently operates in an assisted-beta capacity state. Where a capability is best-effort (e.g. observation without a managed monitoring slot) it is labeled best-effort and carries no frequency guarantee.

2. Plans and prices

Registering and claiming MCPs is unlimited on every plan, including Free Listing. Paid plans bound processing only: concurrent guided builds, guaranteed managed-monitoring slots and frequency, credentialed audit profiles, exports and organization capabilities, as published in the plan capability table exposed by get_pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe; prices are shown before checkout and subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time (via the Stripe-hosted billing surface or by contacting us). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period: your paid capabilities continue until the period end and are not renewed after it. Your lifecycle records, claims, receipts and observation history are never deleted when a membership ends — losing paid access only removes paid capabilities.

4. Refunds (including the EU 14-day withdrawal right)

• EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day a subscription starts. By starting to use paid Factory capabilities immediately you request immediate performance; on withdrawal within 14 days we refund the price paid, less nothing — i.e. we currently apply a simple rule: a refund requested within 14 days of the first charge of a new subscription is honored in full.
• After 14 days, cancellation stops future renewals (§3). If the service was materially unavailable or defective during a paid period, contact us — we will refund the affected period on request.
• A processed refund revokes the paid capabilities tied to that payment. History is preserved.
• A payment dispute (chargeback) suspends paid access while the dispute is open.

5. Credentials and data

If you supply a credential for a credentialed audit profile, it is envelope-encrypted at rest immediately, used only by the inspection worker, and is never readable back — only an opaque reference and non-secret metadata are stored. Public observation records of public MCP endpoints are part of the Factory's permanent evidence history. We do not sell personal data.

6. Fair use and honesty rails

No plan buys ranking, endorsement or a favorable observation result. Paid and free lifecycles pass the same inspection criteria. We may refuse or suspend service for abuse (sybil registration, impersonation, attempts to manipulate observation evidence); refusal never deletes your history.

7. Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and consumers keep all mandatory rights of their country of residence.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. EU/EEA consumers can find current alternative dispute-resolution bodies through the European Commission's Consumer Redress service. Consumers in Romania may also consult the ANPC Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) service. The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is not presented as an available channel.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page (with a new version number and date) and on the public MCP surface before they take effect for existing subscribers.
